The last dues increase ($15 to $25) was 4 years ago. The club operated with a surplus for 2 years and then a deficit for the next 2 years. Our revenue from dues and coffee and donuts has been declining and the cost of programs has been increasing. It is imperative that we continue to provide quality programs at our Friday morning meetings; thus the board voted to increase the dues to $35 for 2019. This increase should provide the club to operate with a small surplus in 2019.
